The deadline for submissions is one month prior to publishing (February 1st, May 1st, August 1st and November 1st). Ads may be submitted in high resolution PDF, tiff, eps or jpeg format. We currently print and distribute over 2500 newsletters per issue. The newsletters are printed in black and white only.
